Counseling

Although caregiving can be a uniquely rewarding experience, it is also mentally and physically demanding.  Without proper support, it can take a toll on your physical and emotional health.  Senior Services offers skilled therapists that can help you process your feelings, learn to set boundaries, strengthen your problem-solving abilities, and improve communication with your care recipient and other family members.  Counseling services will teach you how to handle stress in a healthy way and give you the tools you need to succeed in caregiving.
