Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a centuries old system of movements and postures for health improvements. Originally developed in China as a very effective martial art, today, most of the millions of people that practice Tai Chi do so for its health benefits which include stress reduction, balance improvement, well-being, and healing the body. Tai Chi is fast becoming one of the more popular exercises in the western world.

Its slow, soothing movements incorporate deep breathing, and relaxing postures that cleanse the mind and body each time you go through the gentle movements.
