Melissa Sullivan, LCSW, of Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab will discuss the importance of advanced directives and future planning. From durable power of attorney for health care to living wills and DNR, Melissa will discuss the documents you need to have prepared in the event of an emergency. She will also touch base on living options for seniors in the event they can no longer live independently or remain in their own home.

Enjoy an afternoon that will be “Magical” with the Great Terry Murphy, magician/illusionist and comedian all rolled into one. Terry is a Shorewood native and has performed in the area for many years. You will be in awe and amazed by this performance so sign up fast.

Dinner will be Breast of Chicken Marsala Polish sausage with sauerkraut, Hot German potato salad, Caribbean blend veggies, Gazpacho salad, cheesecake slices with fruit sauce of strawberries, coffee and water.  There will be a cash bar available. (No outside alcohol allowed).
