Helpful Hints:

Call-n-Ride:

Call-n-Ride offers reservation-based, curb-to-curb public transportation service for general public commuters traveling anywhere within the designated service area. The fares are the same as Pace’s Fixed Route Service.

All buses are equipped with a ramp or lift for wheelchair access along with equipment to secure a wheelchair inside the bus. Driver will secure the wheelchair.

Exact change is required when paying cash. If using Ventra, passenger may transfer within 2 hours to another Pace route for $.25. Cash-paying customers must pay full fare.

The drivers on the buses are able to answer questions such as “Where does my connection bus meet?” or “Which bus do I take?” This is important in downtown Joliet because there are so many buses meeting at the same time.
